Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
- 1 cup green peas (I used frozen)
- ii cups spinach leaves
- 1- 1 ane/two pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined (I used cooked frozen 41-50 count shrimp, slightly thawed)
- iii+ tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat a wok or big saute pan over medium-high heat.
- When hot, add ii teaspoons sesame oil.
- Add snowfall peas and saute for ane-2 minutes.
- Add green peas and shrimp and stir until no longer frozen.
- Add spinach and toss until everything is combined and warmed.
- Add soy sauce; start with 3 tablespoons and add together more as needed. Mix well.
- Serve hot over rice, quinoa or whole wheat noodles.
